Studio On Design was established in 2016
During this time we have designed and realized interiors of 50 apartments, 4 country houses
in Moscow and St. Petersburg
Every year the studio expands and a large team works on each project: designers, visualizers, draftsmen, a specialist on completion and a project manager.

How is the process organized?

Beginning of work
We meet in our office or on site to get acquainted and discuss the future interior. After that we fill in the technical specification with all your wishes and sign the contract

Planning design
We come to measure the room, fix all the dimensions of the object, draw up a measurement plan. Then we develop up to three variants of planning solutions according to your wishes
Once we have approved the layout, we proceed to the development of the concept of the future interior: we make a map of colors, materials, choose the furniture items you like, and discuss a selection of similar interiors.

Visualizations
Next, we start building your future interior in 3D. This complex process takes 3-4 days for each room. We can make up to three large blocks of adjustments on them

Specification
To realize the project, we collect all the materials and furniture in one table
On its basis we make drawings: tile layouts, flooring materials, stucco, fixtures, counting their quantity

Working drawings
First we draw the most important things: wall plans, electrical and plumbing plans. Once they are approved, we proceed to the reamings, layouts and sheets of finishes, units and cuts
When everything is ready, we send you the project for approval and then send it to the printer. The project is printed in two copies, one for you and one for the construction site

On average, for a 100 square meter project, we allow three months. For smaller or larger projects, everything is individualized. Contact us and we will calculate the timeframe for your project
In this matter, it all depends on you and your builders. On average, in our experience, a project up to 100 square meters can be built in six months, and a project up to 400 square meters. - in a year
We do not recommend doing a project and renovation in parallel. In most cases, this is a costly rework and increases the realization time. The exception is if we have already approved all the visualizations and can give you drawings to build partitions while we prepare the rest of the drawing package. This usually saves you a couple of weeks

Yes, we are always happy to work on such projects. To work on projects in Moscow we travel on our own, to work on projects in other cities or countries we will need to pay for the cost of the designer's travel. Usually we meet twice, for measuring and signing the contract, and in the final stage, to give you the printed version of the project. All the main work is done remotely
In our experience, to realize a good design interior, you need a minimum of 100 -150 thousand rubles / sq.m.
In the first case, you and I look at all interior styles at the first meeting, discuss in detail the colors, textures and furniture you might like. All this we carefully record. And then our task is to come up with an interior that will be to your liking based on the information we have received
In the second case, our work becomes a little easier. But we in any case once again look at all the analogues of interiors that you like, ask about the details and ask clarifying questions. That way we are sure that we have understood you correctly. And we also like to offer unusual solutions for interiors, so you may be pleasantly surprised by the result :)
